Have you ever noticed that two people can watch the very same speech, movie, theatrical performance, or presentation and walk away with completely different opinions?
Why does that happen? In this video, I explore the invisible “lenses” through which we all experience the world.
These lenses are shaped by our life experiences, beliefs, values, culture, education, personality, expectations, and even our mood at the moment. Every member of an audience interprets what they see and hear through their own unique perspective.
I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments: Have you ever watched the same presentation as someone else and been surprised by how differently you each interpreted it?
